The next Introductory Weekend in Health Promoting Qigong will be held at the College premises in Dublin on:
Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2014.
Saturday and Sunday 10.00 to 4.30 each day
The cost of the whole weekend is €190.
Places are limited and bookings must be made in advance.
This weekend is open to anyone (provided they are 16 or over) who is interested in experiencing the benefits of doing Qigong exercises.
Regular practice of Qigong is an excellent way of:
- Promoting health and well-being
- Helping to reduce stress and cope with overwork
- Enabling your mind and body to become better balanced and harmonious
- Enhancing the benefits of any Acupuncture TCM or Chinese Herbal Medicine treatment you may be receiving

This weekend is a requirement for anyone wishing to undertake higher level Qigong training or Medical Qigong training at the ICTCM.
It is based on the teachings of our Qigong Masters in China.
