Master of Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Doctor of Chinese Medicine
This is a two year, full time or part time program. It is run jointly between Guangzhou University of TCM and the ICTCM. The Degree “Master of Chinese Medicine”, or “Doctor of Chinese Medicine”, will be conferred by Guangzhou University of TCM and the Ministry of Education of China. According to the agreements in place between, for example, Ireland and China and the UK and China, this Masters degree qualification is fully recognised in Ireland and the UK and most other European countries.
The course is taught in English and is based mainly at the ICTCM, in Dublin Ireland. Students attend the University in Guangzhou for certain blocks of time during which they conduct scientific research into their chosen TCM specialism of either Medical Qigong, Acupuncture Moxibustion or Chinese Herbal Medicine.
