Acupuncture Programme Dates 2026 Onwards
The Professional Acupuncture TCM training programme (Lic.TCM) begins in early October each year. The first weekend of the 2026-2027 Academic year will be held in early October 2026 in our College in Dublin 3.
The full schedule of Acupuncture course dates for the whole of the Academic year is provided to applicants who accept a place on the programme, to enable them to plan ahead. The dates show which teaching sessions are in College in Dublin and which are via Zoom.
Postgraduate TCM Programme Dates 2026 Onwards
Start dates for postgraduate TCM programmes are expected to be as follows:
- The Certificate in MQG. Normally a new course is started every 18-24 months. The next Certificate level Medical Qigong course will begin once a sufficient number of suitable applicants have been accepted.
- The next Postgraduate Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine will commence once a sufficient number of suitable applicants have been accepted.
CPD programmes for qualified TCM practitioners take place from time to time throughout the year and start dates are notified via our News and Current Events.
Open Workshops in Qigong
Qigong for Health and Wellbeing
- Two Qigong for Health and Wellbeing introductory workshops ran in 2025.
- In summer 2026 we will be offering a follow up weekend course, for those who attended the 2025 workshops and wish to continue to study Qigong with us.
- We will be running another 1-day or 2-day (weekend only) introductory workshop in Qigong for Health and Wellbeing in Summer 2026. These will be held in the College in Dublin 3.

The Acupuncture Training Programme – the Licentiate in TCM
- The academic year for first year students begins in early October each year.
- The academic year for second year students usually begins in late September or early October each year.
- The academic year for clinical year students begins in September each year.
